Our smoked cheese is smoked on hickory wood after 2 weeks of fermentation. It is the smoking process that gives it its orange rind color. It is aged for about 4 weeks before serving so you get the best texture and potent flavor!

Ingredients: cashew nuts, miso, nutritional yeast, himalayan salt, ferments, smoked on hickory wood.
